2. Enter your order number and email address

3. Select the items you wish to return

4. Choose your desired return/refund method

5. Download and print the return label

6. Attach the label to your return package

7. Drop off the package at your local courier store

Note:

It may take between 2 to 3 minutes for the return label to be generated. Please ensure that you wait until the download button becomes functional before closing the browser window to avoid any difficulties.

If you mistakenly exit the return portal after submitting the return request, please feel free to return anytime to review your submission or download the label again.

Note:

Free return labels are currently available only for orders from the US, UK, AU, CA, and some EU countries. However, we offer reimbursement of up to 30 USD for the return shipping fee for other countries.
