What is VIVAIA’s return policy?
Online purchases (final sale items and gifts excluded) made through VIVAIA are eligible for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you received all your item(s). All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, in resalable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
Please be aware that returns or exchanges for items purchased online cannot be processed at physical stores, and vice versa.
Additionally, any return made to an address other than the one provided by VIVAIA, or to the address on the original shipping package, cannot be received by us and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you have mistakenly sent the wrong item to VIVAIA, please reach out to our support team at support@vivaia.com promptly. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the retrieval of your item, and no compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to VIVAIA.
