However, if you've returned a non-VIVAIA product, please be aware that our warehouse won't be able to process the return or return the item to you. Non-VIVAIA products received will be disposed of without prior notification. Please note that VIVAIA won't be held liable for the disposal of such non-VIVAIA products. It's important to ensure that only VIVAIA products are sent to our warehouse to prevent any complications.
